I'd like to think that there is no such thing as being "smart." The word revolves around the way a person carries themselves along with their level of determination. This is usually superficially credited to the idea of them being naturally "gifted." Working hard to reach your goals...now, isn't that just a "smart" thing to do? Being "smart" is merely a choice, not an endowment.
On another note, I would really like to go swimming in the rain...
